Answer: Your company does. You nominate the best people from your organization based on your selection criteria. Each nominee attends the Red-Carpet Awards Ceremony and receives a personalized trophy with name, your company's name, the year and category engraved on it.

Question: What happens at the Red-Carpet Awards Ceremony?
Answer: At the Red-Carpet Awards Ceremony, all the nominated employees and executives from your company will get to walk the Red-Carpet as superstars. There will be a special photo session for all the nominees with our team of paparazzi as each nominee enters the awards ceremony. There will also be a special video recorded session with each nominee who can talk about their company. Each nominee will be announced as a winner and receive a personalized trophy. During the awards dinner there will be performance by local talents to entertain the nominees. At the Oscars film stars are superstars. But at the Pillar World Awards, your company's nominees will be superstars.
